This article will assist you in navigating the features in the Super Admin Menu on the JR2000 uAttend timeclock.
- Tap the number pad icon in the lower right corner of the main screen
- press 31468912 (or your custom passcode after you've created one) and then press Enter
There are two options available in the Super Admin Menu (Device and Diagnostic). This article will the features
contained in Devices, then Diagnostics.
3. Press the Device icon.
This will display the options in the Device Menu. They are covered in the following, from top of the list.
Reset to Factory Settings
After performing a factory reset, you may need to choose Production for the environment and select
your region. You may also need to connect the timeclock to your network via LAN cable so the clock can
generate a new Device ID. After the new device ID has been generated, you can select the WIFI option in
the setup process and disconnect the LAN cable.
Sync Data
1. Tap Sync Data to synchronize the fingerprint data from the timeclock and cloud portal. This might be used
when troubleshooting, but should not be required for general use of the timeclock. ONLY the fingerprint data
is synced when performing this function.
Access the Diagnostic Menu
From the main screen.

This will display the options in the Diagnostic Menu. They are covered in the following, from top of the list.
Check Connection
The clock will display a message to Please wait while the device checks connection. The clock will either confirm the connection or display a message stating the clock cannot connect to uAttend server.
Port Checker
The clock will display a message to Please wait while the device communicates to all ports. The clock will either
confirm the connection or display a message stating there was an error.
Ping Google
The clock will display a message to Please wait while the device communicates to google's server. The clock will
either confirm the connection or display a message stating there was an error
