1. To access the Super Admin Menu, tap the number pad icon in the lower right corner of the idle screen to bring up the on-screen keypad.

2. Enter 31468912 to create your super admin passcode (or your custom passcode if already created) and then tap the Enter button. 

  • The options available in the super admin menu will be displayed.

Device

1. From the Super Admin Menu, tap the Device option.

Reset to Factory Settings

1. From the Device Management section of the Super Admin Menu, tap the Reset to Factory Settings option.

2. Connect the timeclock to your network via LAN cable so the clock can generate a new Device ID.  (After the new device ID has been generated, you can select the WIFI option in the setup process and disconnect the LAN cable.)


3. Tap the Confirm button.

  • After performing a factory reset, you may be prompted to choose an environment and select your region. 

4. Select the Production environment.

5. Select the AU or NZ region.

  • The device will attempt to generate a new device ID.

  • If unsuccessful, the device will display the following error message.
    • Connect the device to a network with stable internet access using the LAN connection method and try again.

  • If successful, the device will reboot and launch the getting started process.

Sync Data

1. From the Device Management section of the Super Admin Menu, tap the Sync Data option.

  • Use Sync Data to synchronize the user data from the timeclock and cloud portal.  This might be used when troubleshooting, but should not be required for general use of the timeclock. ONLY the user data is synced when performing this function.
