• To access the support menu, enter the admin passcode, and tap the Support option from the main menu.

  • There are multiple ways to submit a support request.  Tap the Request Support button to generate a support ticket directly from the timeclock. 
  • Submit a request any time and our support team will respond during our business hours (Monday through Friday, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM Australian Eastern Standard Time).

  • If unsuccessful, the device will display the following message.  Make sure the device has a stable network connection and try again or use one of the alternate methods of creating a support request.

  • If successful, the device will display a confirmation message.  Our team will review your request and respond within our business hours (Monday through Friday between 9 AM and 5 PM).
