If the Home Page Dashboard is not active, Time Off Requests are only shown in the User's Employee Services page.

1.  To amend an entry, click on one of the dates in the Pending Request, marked in pink, to view/edit the details of the request.

You can change the type of request or mark the time off as Unpaid, Weekend, or Approved. You can also enter the number of hours for requests entered via a time clock.

3.  Click the Approve check box, and then click Save.

4. Once approved, the annual leave balance will be adjusted on the Timecard. (You may need to RECALCULATE the Timecard for the changes to take effect)
