Timecards may require approval by the Employee, Supervisor and Administrator depending on the approval level required. See Setting up Timecard Approval. 



Before a Supervisor or Administrator can approve a timecard, the Employee approves the timecard by logging into their uAttend account. See Employee Services to setup this option. 





Before an Administrator can approve a timecard, the Supervisor approves the timecard.





Finally, the Administrator approves the timecard. 



If the timecard requires adjustment after approval, the Administrator can "UNAPPROVE TIMECARD". 


NOTE: If you wish to amend the Timecard, you will have to "Unapprove" the Timecard by clicking the Unapprove Timecard link on the bottom right of the Timecard Screen.
